Summer Camp FAQ

  • Price & Discount

The price for each camp is different depending on the number of days within that session. Please refer to the page of each camp for more details.
We do provide sibling discount and multi-session discount. Please refer to our fee and policy page for more details.
Please contact us at camp2016@cathayfutureus.com if you have a group of more than 10 kids.

  • Class Registration

All user must create an account on our website before registering any classes.
To create an account, simply click the register link on the top of the screen and following instructions. A valid email address is required for registration. Please feel free to call us at 301-978-3924 if you need help.
Each user profile has a special section called child information. User is required to input kid information when creating a new account. To modify kid information, simply go to your profile and edit the value in child information section. Each account can be associated with up to 3 kids.
To register a class, simply click the Register button next to the section you are interested.

The next screen will list the cost of the class and a button to allow you to register using paypal.

After payment complete, the registered class will show up in your My course sub menu. You can click the name of the class to enter class area to see all latest activities.


The child information can be added in class area. If you only have one kid associated with your account, there is no need to input child information within each class. If you have multiple kids in your account, you do need to fill in child information so we know which kid is taking the class.
After registration, click My Courses->Name of the class to enter class area.
On the top of the screen, you will see a section called "Child Information". Please click it to answer questions related with your child. Please note that all comp participate must complete the question before camp starts.


You have to register class one by one and pay for each class individually. At this stage, we do not have a shopping cart option yet. We are working to improve our system and the shopping cart feature will be added in the near future.
You can also send us an email at camp2016@cathayfutureus.com and provide the following information:
  • Account Information on Washington Cathay Future website
  • Classes you want to sign up
  • Your Paypal email address

Once we receive the information, we will send you an invoice so you can pay for all classes at one time.

At this stage, we do not have a shopping cart option yet. We are working to improve our system and the shopping cart feature will be added in the near future.

To receive discount, you can do it in one of the following two ways:
  • Pay for all the classes at regular price and send us an email after your registration is complete. We will issue the refund of the discount to your Paypal account within 24 hours. In your email, please provide the following information:
  • Account Information
  • Classes information
  • Your Paypal email Address
  • Expected Discount
  • Account Information
  • Classes you want to sign up
  • Your Paypal email address

Once we receive the information, we will send you an invoice so you can pay for all classes at one time.

Yes. You can always register class in person at our office at 9400 Key West Ave, Rockville MD 20852. We accept all payment methods including cash, personal check, and all major credit cards.

Please create an account on our website before going to our office. If you need help, we can also help you create an online account at our office.

Please provide us the class you want to register and we will manually register you in the class after we receive the payment.

Please make sure to include a cover letter with the following information:

  • Class you want to sign up
Once we receive the check, we will manually register you for the selected class.


  • Other

WCFC provides 2 snacks and a lunch for each full day camper and one snack for half day camper.
Yes. The price for one day camp is 75$ and half day camp is 50$. The price is fixed. Please notify us at camp2016@cathayfutureus.com at least 24 hours before class starts to reserve your spot.
